In the Stu

On a very warm Saturday in the Stu (stuttgart) we headed to the city centre. There was some festival that I kept hearing about on the radio, so I had to see what it was about. Once we got there to my happy surprise it was a fish festival. All the vendors had all types of yummy food to eat, and diffenent kinds of fish. I stayed with something easy to recognize, salmon.

 The guys on the top of the tower ehm, light house were frying the fish and they would ring the bell to let the workers below that fish were ready and sliding down. Yes, that is correct, sliding, as there was a slide that from the top to the bottom that they tossed the fish in.

 Usually this is a market on Saturday mornings. It was nice to see this giant boat in the middle of the square.

 After eating some food, we walked around the city centre and quickly found these guys. Can you guess what they were doing? Parkour. I asked Mike to try, and he just smiled at me and walked away.

 It was a hot day, well, hot for the Stu, it was 85 so we needed to cool off, and we dipped our feet into the fountain.

It was fun to see all the kids, just jump in and cool down. It always shocks me when there are a couple of naked ones running around, but it is more common than I thought, especially on very hot days.
