AC turned 6 months in March. When I took him to his Dr appointment he was just under 5 % in weight. The doctor was not too concerned. I talked to him and told him that I believed AC had some kind of reflux! He looked at me, and thought for a minute, then he gave me a prescription. He did not think that Aaron had that, though he had not looked to see what the problem was with his weight. I told him that he had all the symptoms minus the actual reflux. In my opinion I just knew that something was not right. He was unhappy anytime I tried to feed him. The doctor just thought for another while and said,"well give him this medicine for 3 weeks if you see a change then continue to give it to him, if you see no change then stop. No harm will come to him by taking this medicine and not having it."
It two day to see a major change in my little guy. He was happier when it came time to feed him! He would drink more than just 2 ounces at a time. He was putting down some real food, and I was happier feeding him now that he did not fight me.
Other than that this little guy is not so little. He is taller than Logan at this age, and loves to be sung to. He love anything to do with his older brother. He wants his independence and wants to be on his own but cannot, well not yet.
