Girls just wanna have fun.

Two weeks ago I decided that I would host a Girls Night at my house. After some intense cleaning this week I had the girls over on Friday night. One of our wedding gift's was a wonderful chocolate fountain. I figured it was about time I put it to good use.

I arranged the fruit on a skewer for easy dipping, and also had marshmallows, Madeline cookies, pretzels, bananas.

The night started off with MOCKTINI'S(non-alcoholic drinks). I had gone to the party store and bought a colorful array of Martini cups. My friend Brandie and I made Sour Apple and Blueberry (virgin) martini's. We dusted the rim with pink sugar for added color. The girls loved it. As the night progressed we finished with virgin Margaritas. It was so fun, and easier than I thought. Instead of the alcohol we substituted Club Soda. The favorite of the night was the Sour Apple.
Here's Amanda holding Jill's beautiful baby girl.

Pretty Ladies hanging out.

Look at those Colgate smiles.

Having a fun time.

After a short debate on what movie to watch the consensus was Penelope.
Things I learned Friday night:
1. I love to host!
2. Make sure to take time to chit chat with everyone.
3. Chocolate is essential for a girls night.
4. Make sure everyone gets to know everyone name.
5. Start taking pictures sooner.
6. Relax.

Sign me up for a girl's night out at your place. Wow, what a fun party! Love it!
It's fun to host parties but it's a lot of work. We had a shower over here last week and it was fun but I spent all day getting the house ready. My crazy toddler hindered my plans of cleaning by going and undoing everything I did. Crazy!
What...no stripper?
i'll bet that chocolate fountain was really fun to clean afterwards huh...
