Hello Again

Oh Canada, Oh Canada! ha ha

Welcome to Niagara Falls, Canada!

This was our view from our hotel room.

It has been a while since I have found the time to update our blog. I will pick up where Mike left off. After we left Williamsport, we headed north to the Canadian border. It took us roughly 4 hrs. to get there. While driving, we passed a booth that said Niagara Falls and stopped there for what we thought would be just a second. The lady there asked us if we were driving to see the falls and if we had already booked where we were staying. We made the mistake of telling her we had no idea where we were staying. After about 20 of her trying to find a hotel that had rooms in it, Mike and I deciced to take off and try our luck. We left her a tip for her help. On the road Mike decieded to call his mom and have her priceline a room for us.

We were in luck and got a room at the Crown Plaza in Niagara Falls, Canada. We had a wonderful view of the falls. It was our first time to Canada. The area was wonderful, I totally recommend staying on the Canadian side. We did the Maid of the Mist boat ride, and got to see some wonderful fireworks over the falls. It was a very touristy kind of place. To me at least, it was like a boardwalk. Many of the shops and things to do reminded me of a carnival. Tons of fun though. We walked and walked and saw the falls from many different angles. After a while I was done with it, all of it. We enjoyed our stay!

Friday Night they had Fireworks over the Falls. It was beautiful!
